Installed new double effect absorbension chiller, water tower, pumps, controls, and electrical mains.

Provided design/build services for (2) 800 ton and (1) 700 ton chillers, new condensate and chilled water pumps, and central plant controls.

Installed new 1.1 megawatt cogenerator with high and low pressure steam generators. Also Installeded glycol cooling system and new switchgear.

Installed (3) LOW NOx combination (gas/oil) register burners along with new economizers, storage tanks, and boiler feed system.


New Jersey Institute of Technology

Installed (3) 700 horse power boilers and burners in central power plant. Also new boiler feed system and stainless steel stacks.


North Plainfield High School

Installed new HVAC equipment and unit ventilators for large building addition.


Union County Court House Complex

Installed over 5,000 points (ATC) controlling HVAC, building pressure, city water booster pumps, and smoke and teargas evacuation.
